Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 93115.11 - ATCM for Stationary CI Engines - Compliance Schedule for Owners or Operators of Three or Fewer Engines (>50 Bhp) Located Within a District
(a) All owners and
operators of three or fewer engines located within a District, who will meet
the requirements of sections
93115.6(b) solely
by maintaining or reducing the current annual hours of operation for
maintenance and testing, shall be in compliance with the annual hours of
operation limits beginning January 1, 2006.
(b) All owners and operators of three or
fewer engines located within a District, which are not in compliance with
section 93115.11(a) but
are required to meet the requirements of sections
93115.6(b) or
93115.7(b), shall
comply with section
93115.6(b) or
93115.7(b),
whichever applies, according to the following schedule:
(1) All pre-1989 through 1989 model year
engines, inclusive, shall be in compliance by no later than January 1,
2006;
(2) All 1990 through 1995
model year engines, inclusive, shall be in compliance by no later than January
1, 2007; and
(3) All 1996 and later
model year engines shall be in compliance by no later than January 1,
2008.
