Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 93115.2 - ATCM for Stationary CI Engines - Applicability
(a) Except as provided in section 93115.3,
this ATCM applies to any person who either sells a stationary CI engine, offers
a stationary CI engine for sale, leases a stationary CI engine, or purchases a
stationary CI engine for use in California, unless such engine is:
(1) a portable CI engine,
(2) a CI engine used to provide motive
power,
(3) an auxiliary CI engine
used on a marine vessel, or
(4) an
agricultural wind machine as defined in section93115.4.
(b) Except as provided in sections 93115.3
and 93115.9, this ATCM applies to any
person who owns or operates a stationary CI engine in California with a rated
brake horsepower greater than 50 (>50 bhp).
