Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 93130.22 - Severability

If any section, paragraph, subparagrah, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this Control Measure is held invalid, unconstitutional, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed as a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Control Measure.
