Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 18, § 30707 - Notice of Opinion on Reimbursement Claim

OTA will send written notice of the Opinion on Reimbursement Claim to the claimant and the Agency. The Opinion on Reimbursement Claim is final 30 days from the date it is mailed. OTA will not accept a petition for rehearing of an Opinion on Reimbursement Claim.
