Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 22, division 8, chapters 1-3 (sections 98000-98263) to title 2, division 4.1, subchapter 6, articles 1-3 (sections 11140-11200) and renumbering former title 22, section 98000 to title 2, new article 1 (sections 11140-11151), subarticle 1 (sections 11140-11149), section 11140 (including amendment of Note), pursuant to Government Code section 11135, subdivision (a), as amended by Statutes 2016, chapter 870 (SB 1442) filed 1-11-2017 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2017, No. 2).
