Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 20275 - Revocation of Approval for Use

Approval to use the ballot on demand system is valid until revoked by the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State will revoke an approval at any time upon determining that the jurisdiction has failed to comply with the approved procedures for use and/or these regulations without good cause as determined by the Secretary of State.
