Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 20276 - Inspection of Jurisdiction Approved for Use

To ensure compliance with these regulations, the Secretary of State may inspect, with or without prior notice, the procedures, logs, and equipment, as specified in the approved application, of each approved jurisdiction as the Secretary of State deems necessary.
