§ 11036. Prohibition Against Harassment
As set forth in Government Code sections 12926 and 12940, it is an unlawful employment practice for any employer with one or more employees or other covered entities to harass an employee or applicant because of pregnancy or perceived pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, or any related medical conditions.(2.
