Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 66261.113 - Total Threshold Limit Concentration Values of Persistent and Bioaccumulative Toxic Substances in Extremely Hazardous Wastes
(a) Any waste containing a substance listed
in subsection (b) of this section at a concentration equal to or exceeding its
listed total threshold limit concentration is an extremely hazardous
waste.
