Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 70249 - Clinical Laboratory Service Space
(a) Adequate laboratory space a determined by
the Department shall be maintained.
(b) If tests on outpatients are to be
performed, outpatient access to the laboratory shall not traverse a nursing
unit.
