Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 70861 - Storage
(a) All hospitals
shall maintain general storage space of at least 1.9 square meters (20 square
feet) per bed in addition to specialized storage space.
(b) Storage is not permitted in plenums (air
distribution chambers) of air conditioning or ventilation systems.
