Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 71125 - Report of Changes
(a)
The licensee shall notify the Department in writing any time a change of
stockholder owning ten percent or more of the nonpublic corporate stock occurs.
Such writing shall include the name and principal mailing address of the new
stockholder(s).
(b) Each licensee
shall notify the Department in writing within ten days prior to any change of
the mailing address of the licensee. Such writing shall include the new mailing
address of the licensee.
(c) Any
change in the principal officer shall be reported in writing within ten days by
the licensee to the Department. Such writing shall include the name and
principal business address of such officer.
