Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 73629 - Utility Rooms
(a) Utility rooms shall be maintained in each
nursing unit and shall be designed for separation of clean and dirty work
areas. The following spaces and equipment shall be maintained as a minimum:
(1) Work counters.
(2) Cabinets.
(3) Rim-flush clinic sink with an integral
7.6 centimeters (3-inch) trap and waste-line flushometer valve and hot and cold
water supply.
