Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84265.7 - Sleep Supervision

(a) Sections 84065.6(a) through (c) do not apply.
(b) Licensees shall maintain a staffing level of one houseparent for each group of no more than three children.
(c) In the family-like setting, the on-duty houseparent may sleep when the children are asleep.
