Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84272 - Personal Rights
(a)
The provisions of Section
84072 govern the personal rights
of children under six years of age with the exception of Section
84072(d)(8),
which does not apply to children under six years of age.
(b) The licensee shall ensure that each child
is accorded the right to visit and contact siblings, family members, and
relatives privately, unless prohibited by court order, and to ask the court for
visitation with the child's siblings. Visiting does not include the time spent
by a minor parent as the primary caregiver for their child.
(c) The licensee shall impose differing
visiting rules, depending on the visitor, that person's role in the child's
needs and services plan, and the need to protect the child from that
person.
