Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 85009 - Posting of License
(a) In
facilities with a licensed capacity of seven or more, the license shall be
posted in a prominent, publicly accessible location in the facility.
(b) In facilities with a licensed capacity of
six or fewer the license shall be retained in the facility and be available for
review upon request.
