Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 85022 - Plan of Operation
(a) In
addition to Section
80022, the following shall apply.
(1) The plan of operation and related
materials shall contain the Infection Control Plan pursuant to Section
85095.5(c).
(2) The plan of operation shall contain
written evidence of arrangements for any consultants and community resources
which are to be utilized to meet regulatory requirements or requirements of the
facility's plan of operation.
(3)
When the licensee intends to admit or care for one or more clients with a staph
or other serious communicable infection as specified in Section
85092.7, the licensee shall
include a plan for serving that client.
