Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 12082 - Standards of Representation
(a) A designated agent is expected to act in
accordance with the scope of authority given to them by the applicant,
licensee , or holder of a Commission work permit until:
(1) The applicant, licensee , or holder of a
Commission work permit provides the Bureau with a superseding designation;
or,
(2) The designated agent
provides the applicant, licensee , or holder of a Commission work permit with a
notification of withdrawal as designated agent with a copy simultaneously sent
to the Bureau .
(b) If a
designated agent provides payment to the Bureau on behalf of an applicant or
licensee of an owner category license for a fee required pursuant to Sections
12252 or
12368, the applicant for or
licensee of an owner category license must provide reimbursement to the
designated agent . Documentation showing that the applicant for or licensee of
an owner category license provided reimbursement must be provided to the Bureau
within 60 calendar days of payment being submitted or prior to the applicant or
licensee appearing before the Commission at any public meeting, whichever
occurs first.
