Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 188 - Contents of Record
The record on appeal filed with the Board shall consist of:
(a) The Department's file
transcript, which shall include:
(1) all
notices and orders issued by the administrative law judge and the Department,
including any proposed decision by an administrative law judge and the final
decision issued by the Department;
(2) pleadings filed by any party;
(3) any filed notices, orders, or pleadings
pertaining to reconsideration;
(b) the hearing reporter's transcript of all
proceedings;
(c) exhibits admitted
or rejected.
