Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 8032 - Acceptance of Requests

In determining its acceptance or denial of requests for financing, either in whole or in part, the Authority may take into consideration such factors as:

(1) certification and recommendation of the appropriate environmental authority,

(2) location of the proposed project,

(3) nature of the proposed project,

(4) time of receipt of request for financing,

(5) any other factors the Authority may deem pertinent.
