Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 8, § 20234 - Filing

The answer shall be filed with the Executive Secretary and the regional office that issued the complaint. The answer shall be filed and served as required by sections 20160, 20166 and 20169. Any requests to extend the time for filing an answer shall be filed with the Executive Secretary pursuant to section 20240.
