Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 10, § 260.300.1 - Exemption for Advertisement of Sales by Secured Party or Fiduciary

There is hereby exempted from the provisions of Section25300(a) of the Code as not being comprehended within the purposes of said Section, any advertisement for any security in a nonissuer transaction if the offer of such security is exempted by Subdivision (e) or Subdivision (f) of Section 25104.
