1 CCR 301-2.00 - Definitions

2.00(1) Department: The Department of Education created pursuant to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.
2.00(2) High School Equivalency Diploma: means a diploma issued by the Department of Education which indicates that the holder has met the minimum score requirements on the State Board approved high school equivalency examination(s).
2.00(3) High School Equivalency Examination(s): The State-Board-approved battery of tests that are designed to measure the major outcomes and concepts generally associated with four years of high school education pursuant to section 22-33-102 (8.5), C.R.S.
