4 CCR 723-2-2141 - Multi-line Telephone Systems (MLTS) Complaint Portal

(a) The Commission maintains an online portal by which members of the public or other interested parties may report violations of federal law or regulation regarding the 9-1-1 capabilities of multiline telephone systems in Colorado. This includes but is not limited to reports of violations of 47 U.S.C. § 623.

(b) The Commission shall relay all complaints received via this portal to the appropriate federal enforcement agency or agencies in a timely manner.
