8 CCR 1511-1-16.00 - Indeterminate Sex Offender Release on Parole Section 18-1.3-1006, C.R.S

A. The Board shall schedule a Hearing to
determine whether a sex offender may be Released on Parole on completion of the
minimum period of incarceration specified in a sex offender's indeterminate
sentence, less any earned time credited to the sex offender pursuant to §
17-22.5-405

C.R.S.]
B. At the Hearing, the
Board shall determine whether:
(1) The sex
offender has successfully progressed in treatment and would not pose an undue
threat to the community if Released under appropriate treatment and monitoring
requirements; and
(2) There is a
strong and reasonable probability that the person will not thereafter violate
the law.
(3) The Board shall adhere
to the requirements set forth in §
18-1.3-1006
