3.1.16. All projects shall be constructed and
maintained in accordance with the codes and regulations as currently adopted by
the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention & Control which incorporates
current building, fire, existing building, mechanical, and energy conservation
codes.
3.2. The Division
shall maintain copies of the complete texts of the referenced incorporated
materials, which are available for public inspection during regular business
hours with copies available at a reasonable charge. Interested parties may
inspect the referenced incorporated materials by contacting the Director of the

Suite 310, Denver, Colorado 80203.
3.3. This rule does not include later
amendments or editions of the incorporated material.
