Information in the board's personal data systems is
collected, maintained and used in each system, unless otherwise specified
below, at the board's official office address located at 170 Ridge Road,
Wethersfield, Connecticut. The Executive Director, Executive Secretary 2 and
Affirmative Action Officer use information in all personal data systems for
purposes of administration, management and control and to monitor compliance
with affirmative action policies. Other users of information in the board's
personal data systems and purposes are set forth below:

for the Blind Personnel File and purpose are:
(A) Administrative Service Officer 2;
administers personnel policies;
