Conn. Agencies Regs. § 14-270-23 - Buildings
(a) The movement of buildings will be
governed by the size of the building, the roadway width, alignment and
traffic.
(b) No permits to move a
building will be issued allowing travel on any portion of limited access
highways.
(c) Applications for
permits to move buildings are subject to investigation, and require a written
application to the MTSU when the width is 12 feet or greater. The MTSU will
assign an engineer to inspect the building, route and equipment pertaining to
the proposed move. Conditions of the permit shall be determined by the MTSU
after the engineering review has been completed.
