Conn. Agencies Regs. § 14-270-6 - Compliance with laws
The applicant shall certify to the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Transportation that:
(a) The vehicle(s) is properly registered
with the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles or is registered with a state
with which Connecticut has a reciprocal agreement;
(b) The operator has a valid operators
license for such class of vehicle(s) from the Connecticut Department of Motor
Vehicles or from a state which has a reciprocal agreement with the State of
Connecticut; and
(c) That he (the
applicant) has operational authority from the Connecticut Department of Motor
Vehicles, Department of Public Utilities Control or the Interstate Commerce
Commission.
