Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17-619-4 - Eligibility
The Eviction Prevention Program is available to an applicant who meets the following criteria:
(a)
resides in Connecticut;
(b) has a
gross family income at or below 60% of the state median income adjusted for
family size;
(c) is at risk of
becoming homeless or is in imminent danger of eviction or foreclosure;
and
(d) is not in default on any
Eviction Prevention Program loan.
