Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17a-126-12 - Subsidy termination
The guardianship subsidy provided under this section shall terminate:
(1) When the child ceases
receiving, from the subsidized guardian, the financial support contemplated by
section (c) of 17a-126-3 of the regulations of Connecticut State
Agencies;
(2) When the child
reaches the age of eighteen or the age of twenty-one if such child is in full
time attendance at a secondary school, technical school or college or is in a
state accredited job training program;
(3) Upon the death of the guardian;
or
(4) When the subsidized guardian
ceases providing the financial support contemplated by subsection (c) of
section
17a-126-3 of
the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies for whatever reason including,
but not limited to the return of the child to the child's parent.
