Conn. Agencies Regs. § 19a-401-15 - Procedure after petition filed
(a)
Decision
on petition. The Commission shall within 30 days after submission of the
petition either deny the petition in writing stating its reasons for the denial
or shall initiate regulation-making proceedings in accordance with Section
4-168
of the Connecticut General Statutes.
(b)
Procedure on denial. If the
Commission denies the petition, the Chairman of the Commission shall give the
petitioner notice in writing stating the reasons for the denial based upon the
data, facts, and arguments submitted with the petition by the petitioner and
upon such additional data, facts, and arguments as the Commission shall deem
appropriate.
