Conn. Agencies Regs. § 20-381-12 - Application rejection

Section 20-381-12 shall establish, but not limit the commission to, the following causes for rejecting an application for a license as an ambulance attendant, ambulance driver or ambulance driver/attendant;

(1) epilepsy,
(2) does not have effective use of both arms, hands, legs and feet,
(3) has been convicted of a felony involving moral turpitude within eight years,
(4) has been convicted of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs within two years,
(5) has been treated for drug or alcohol addiction within the past two years,
(6) does not have corrected or uncorrected vision of at least 20/30 in one eye or 20/40 in both eyes,
(7) uncontrolled diabetes,
(8) total deafness,
(9) or any other condition(s) the commission deems sufficient to interfere with the performance of his duties as ambulance driver/attendant.
