Conn. Agencies Regs. § 26-141b-8 - Conflict and severance
(a) Where there is
a conflict between the provisions of the Stream Flow Standards and Regulations
and those of any other applicable ordinance, regulation or permit, the
provisions of the ordinance, regulation or permit that imposes the most
stringent requirements shall govern.
(b) The invalidity of any word, clause,
sentence, section, part or provision of the Stream Flow Standards and
Regulations shall not affect the validity of any other part that can be given
effect without such invalid part or parts.
