Conn. Agencies Regs. § 29-143j-6a - Contest or exhibition in connection with a charitable organization

No promoter shall conduct any contest or exhibition under the auspices of or in conjunc¬tion with any charitable organization unless the promoter first submits to the commis¬sioner or such commissioner's authorized representative the agreement between the promoter and the charitable organization setting forth the terms and conditions of the proposed contest or exhibition and receives the commissioner's or such commissioner's authorized representative's approval.
