Conn. Agencies Regs. § 38a-199-2 - Building and equipment requirements
Current through November 30, 2021
(a) A clinic
building shall be of sound construction and shall provide adequate space and
equipment for patient interviews, physical examinations and treatment of
patients and for service and other areas in accordance with the requirements of
the state department of health.
(b)
Clinic buildings and equipment shall meet the requirements of the state fire
safety code. Annual application for approval shall be accompanied by a
certificate of inspection by the local fire marshal.
(c) Areas in which explosive gases or
radioactive materials are used shall provide for adequate protection of
patients and personnel.
(d) The
clinic buildings and equipment shall be maintained in a good state of repair
and shall be kept clean at all times.
