Conn. Agencies Regs. § 38a-819-8 - Photographs

The use of the following photographs, illustrations or depictions shall not be used in a manner that has the capacity, tendency or effect of being misleading or deceptive:

(1) hospitalized victims or patients;
(2) ambulances or emergency vehicles;
(3) medical instruments, facilities or personnel;
(4) injured persons;
(5) any photograph or illustration that detracts or unduly emphasizes the risks covered by a particular policy;
(6) any other photograph, illustration or depiction that tends to be misleading or deceptive.
