Conn. Agencies Regs. § 54-240a-10 - Agency exemption requests
(a)
Method of
request. Agency exemption requests shall be made in accordance with
section
54-240i
of the Connecticut General Statutes.
(b)
Notice of exemption. The
Secretary of the State shall send notification, as provided in section
54-240i
of the Connecticut General Statutes, to the participant 's confidential address ,
by first class mail, prior to granting an exemption.
