7 Del. Admin. Code § 5103-7.0 - Fees
7.1 General
Provisions. The fees provided for in this subsection shall be required of all
owners of dams that are regulated by these Regulations .
7.2 Application Fees for Existing Dams.
Owners of existing dams shall submit a $500 application fee upon issuance of a
Provisional Certificate to Impound by the Department .
7.3 Fees for the Construction of New Dams or
for the Repair, Alteration, or Removal of Existing Dams
7.3.1 An applicant for the construction of a
new dam or for the repair, alteration, or removal of an existing dam shall
submit to the Department a fee of $500 at the time the Application is
submitted.
7.3.2 The Department
will not act on an application until the fee is submitted.
