Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 29F-2.104 - Conducting Meetings
(1) All meetings
will be conducted by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson. In the absence of the
Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the membership shall select one of its
members to conduct the meeting.
(2)
Minutes will be kept of all meetings. Minutes will be taken by a staff member
designated by the Executive Director.
(3) Minutes of the Council, Executive
Committee, Finance Committee and other committees will be prepared and
distributed by the staff at least 7 days in advance of the next
meeting.
