Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64B8-4.024 - Restricted Licenses for Areas of Critical Need

Areas of critical need, as that term is used in Section 458.310, F.S., are state mental institutions, the Department of Corrections, all governmental correctional and detention facilities, and health manpower shortages areas established by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
