Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-17.005 - Sanitary Facilities
(1) The water
supply for the tanning facility shall comply with the provisions of Chapter
64E-8 or 62-550, F.A.C.
(2) Sewage
disposal shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 64E-6 or 62-600,
F.A.C.
(3) The sanitary facilities
shall be kept clean, maintained and in compliance with Chapter 64E-10, F.A.C.,
and local building and plumbing codes.
