The licensee can use an ECS that is contained within a logging tool or other tool components only if the ECS contains 100 microcuries (3.7 MBq) or less of licensed material.
(1) For well logging applications with a
surface casing for protecting fresh water aquifers, use of the ECS is subject
only to the requirements specified in Rules
64E-5.1104,
64E-5.1105, and
64E-5.1106, F.A.C.,
above.
(2) For well logging
applications without a surface casing for protecting fresh water aquifers, use
of the ECS is subject only to the requirements specified in Rules
64E-5.1101,
64E-5.1104,
64E-5.1105,

64E-5.1119(5),
and 64E-5.343 through
64E-5.349,
