(1) Use of a tritium neutron generator target
source containing quantities not exceeding 30 curies (1, 110 MBq) and in a well
with a surface casing to protect fresh water aquifers is not subject to the
requirements specified in Rules
64E-5.1101,
64E-5.1107,
64E-5.1119(5),
and 64E-5.343 through
64E-5.349, F.A.C.
(2) Use of a tritium neutron generator target
source containing more than 30 curies (1, 110 MBq) or in a well without a
surface casing to protect fresh water aquifers is not subject to the
requirements specified in Rule
64E-5.1107,
