Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-5.1312 - Training and User Requirements

(1) Users of sealed sources in portable devices must have completed a minimum of 8 hours of training from individuals approved by the department. This training must include the areas described in Rule 64E-5.1307, F.A.C.

(2) Documentation of training for each user must be maintained for the duration of employment or 5 years, whichever is greater.

(3) Sealed sources in portable devices may be used by individuals who are under the direct supervision and in the physical presence of an authorized user.
