Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-5.1113 - Security

During each logging or tracer application, the logging supervisor or other designated employee shall maintain direct surveillance of the operation to protect against unauthorized or unnecessary entry into a restricted area, as defined in Rule 64E-5.101, F.A.C.
