Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-5.340 - Records of Waste Disposal or Transfers

(1) Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed materials.
(2) The licensee shall retain the records required by subsection 64E-5.340(1), F.A.C., until the department terminates each pertinent license requiring the record except as provided in subparagraph 64E-5.331(1)(c) 5. and subsection 64E-5.624(2), F.A.C.
