Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 12E-1.021 - Case Closure
(1) Cases are
closed in accordance with federal regulation
45 CFR
303.11, (June 9, 2020), incorporated herein
by reference, effective 10-1-20, (http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14347).
A copy may be obtained by writing to the Florida Department of Revenue, Child
Support Program, Attn: Rules Coordinator, P.O. Box 8030, Tallahassee, Florida
32314-8030.
(2) The IV-D agency
must retain all records for all closed cases for a minimum of three
years.
