Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 110-4-1-.04 - Report Submittal Rules
(1) The Solid Waste Management Survey and
Full Cost Report will be mailed with instructions for its completion to all
local governments by July 15 of each year. The report must be completed and
submitted to the Department of Community Affairs by the close of business on
September 30 of the same year.

A copy of the Solid Waste Management Survey and Full Cost Report, with
instructions, can be obtained by contacting the department at the address
listed below.
(3) The completed
report must be submitted to:
