Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 295-12-.01 - Consolidation

The presiding officer upon his own motion, or upon motion by a party or other person joined in the proceeding, may order proceedings involving a common question of law or fact to be consolidated for hearing on any or all of the matters at issue in such proceedings.

Original Rule was filed and effective as Emergency Rule on March 3, 1976, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the adoption of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule.
